SPASa Award winning Renovation

This SPASA Award winning renovation brought new life to a tired concrete pool and entertainment area.

Client Brief
Now that their children were young adults, the clients’ needs for their entertainment and pool area had changed.  The pool wasn’t been used as much as when the children were young and the clients wanted a more adult pool to enjoy. This included making the pool area maintenance friendly, changing the pool surround and constructing a spa are into the existing pool. The client also wanted their main entertainment area to lead onto the pool area as it had been disjointed before. We designed and constructed a new room with complete commercial grade indoor barbeque and kitchen area including a pizza oven. It also incorporated a lounge area and a guest toilet. ,
