New pool with infinity edge
History of the pool
This pool leads directly from the entertainment area of the house. The pool was constructed to make the most of the ocean views across the parkland bordering the property. The infinity edge of the swimming pool cascades into a tranquil water feature on the lower level.
Client brief
The owners wanted to create an outdoor coastal entertainment oasis. Part of the challenge was meeting the shire fencing requirements on the boundary of the property.
Construction
The pool was built using a brick and concrete cavity filled construction method. The internal finish of the swimming pool is an Aquaguard fibreglass lining. The waterline tiles are glass mosaics and the feature tiles are porcelain. The pool deck cleverly conceals the equipment and pool blanket. The equipment is all high grade Viron equipment.
